J&J Pressure Management USA is looking for an Operations Manager to over see our WEST TX.

The ideal candidate must have 5 years of iron recertification, pressure testing & flow testing experience. Must have knowledge of the gas & oil field industry. The ability to over see 10 plus employees, manage all operations & is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control & safey measures as established by management, communicate well with upper management & Employees. Will always be expected to represent the company in a professional and safe manner in all areas.

The individual will report directly to the Director of Operations.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
